Can I upgrade my membership tier later?

Yes — Community members can apply to upgrade to Growth or Partner at any time. Upgrades are subject to cohort availability and a brief review process.
How are cohorts structured in the Growth tier?

Growth cohorts are groups of 6–8 leaders, meeting biweekly and facilitated by one of our lead coaches. Cohorts are intentionally curated for complementary experience and growth goals.
